Promises to Keep

  • I will not pretend to know how to do something when I don't.
  • A quoted price based on a thorough review of your requirements will not change unless YOU change the requirements.
  • My time estimates will be realistic and not exaggerated in order to win your business.
  • I will make no unrealistic promise that your website will reach #1 in the search results. Unless you're in an extremely unique field, such promises are usually false.
  • I will treat you with courtesy and do all I can to help you succeed.

I subscribe to the code of ethics of the International Webmasters Association (printed below). In addition, my personal ethics prohibit me from working on certain types of websites. Examples of such include so-called "adult" sites; sites that directly or indirectly promote harm to unborn children, born children, or animals; sites that are of a defamatory nature; or sites using offensive language. It is more important to me that the world be a better place and that people be better people than that I have a few extra dollars in my pocket.
