Bad Ear Days

One thing you need to know about me right from the start is that every day is a "bad ear day." I lost a substantial amount of my hearing in 1996, literally overnight, for reasons yet unknown. While I can normally manage well in person, phone conversations are only possible with the help of my dear husband, John, or the use of Sprint Relay Services. When working with clients, we normally have several face-to-face meetings, especially during the initial phases of development. Virtually all other communication is via email or online chat, available right on this website. Emergency messages may be sent to my cell phone. There are always workarounds, so, it's not a significant problem.
